Ágatha - Ep I Ubuntu Yoga

Ubuntu Yoga was founded by @tatticassiano during the pandemic with the purpose of welcoming Black women from different regions of Brazil to practice yoga online. The initiative grew stronger over time and evolved into in-person gatherings marked by care, healing, and collective connection.

In a context where yoga is still largely seen as a white and elitist practice, Ubuntu emerges as a movement of inclusion and representation, reaffirming thetransformative power of community.

I had the honor of contributing to this project by defining the typography for the video and creating the promotional posters. My goal was to craft a visual language that reflected the essence of Ubuntu: warmth, ancestry, and feminine strength. The design sought to visually translate the energy of the movement — contemporary, sensitive, and deeply connected to the lived experiences of the women involved.

This collaboration, brought to life alongside an incredible team of professionals, also serves as an invitation for more women to discover yoga as a powerful tool for physical, mental, and collective healing.
